I bought the triple pack and less than two days that toy is destroyed. I bought a one dollar Hershey bar plush toy at the Dollar General and it has lasted a lot longer than those. Their website says it’s indestructible and they will replace it for free and yet I’m getting an email from them saying oh well, I know we said it destructible, but it really isn’t but can you send us a video to better prove our product.. they will not replace the broken, plush animals that my dog has destroyed, and their cheaply made and not worth the buy. They are a spam!
Waited over a month for delivery to UK. Out of packaging 2 minutes and already ripped apart.

i had bought 2 for my grandpups for christmas and i received it a month later,no big deal. but my beagle chewed the elephant apart within the first hour of receiving it. not happy at all! your product should be sold in a dollar store. not worth the money i spent.
We bought a wolf for our 15 weeks old puppy. A heavy chewers toy it said. Absolute rubbish, waste of time and money. The toy didn't last 5 hours and it was completely torn apart. Chinese SH!T sent from US. Avoid at any cost!
Stupidly both this through facebook, thought it was a UK company but it turned out to be a Chinese company sending the goods from US. I paid through PayPal as I didn’t want to share my credit card details, when the bill came through VAT had been added, nothing was mentioned about local taxes on facebook. For several weeks messages were sent to me stating the goods were in transit, finally a message was sent stating the items had been delivered and placed in my safe place ( I don’t have a safe space?) no card through the letterbox or photo to prove it was left. So called customer services said the seller had to be contacted and provided a link which went nowhere. It’s looking like a rip off, they claim they will replace any toy that is damaged by the dog but I don’t believe that will ever happen! Just go to Pets at home or Amazon to get a Kong toy
